For fresh flowers and gifts LAROSE.COM uses a network of selected Professional florists to deliver your gift of fresh flowers and live plants throughout the world.   LAROSE.COM offers same day delivery on most fresh flower and plant orders placed by 2:00 PM EST.  Since every flower and plant order is assembled and delivered regionally there will be differences from the pictured flower arrangements.  The selected Professional florists that are used by LAROSE.COM have exhibited the high standards and use the freshest flowers and plants available to them on the day of your delivery.

It is the consumer's responsibility to provide accurate and correct information when placing an order.  Please read and understand the various delivery options and be aware of the cutoff times and days in transit. Remember day in transit maps are provided as a service to estimate the time an item will be in transit.  Use these maps and cutoff times as guidance.

When you chose overnight or two day air for a delivery option please beware that the order must be received and confirmed by the cutoff time of 12:00 PM East Coast USA time. As an example if you want to send an over night drop shipped selection to arrive on a Tuesday and you order on Monday with a one day air option, this order must be received by 12:00 PM East Coast USA time in order to be shipped overnight for Tuesday.

Privacy Statement

LAROSE.COM only collects information that is relevant to executing the order that you place and to protect LAROSE.COM from credit card fraud. LAROSE.COM does not trade or sell any information collected about its customers with any other company. Email addresses are used to electronically confirm the placement of an order. All information contained within an order are kept in a separate database independent of the LAROSE.COM web site and only accessible by LAROSE.COM management after the order is completed.

LAROSE.COM may periodically send email to the customers in our database to announce new services or specials.

If you do not want to receive email that is not related to your order just reply to any email sent by LAROSE.COM stating that you wish to removed from the email list. LAROSE.COM will remove your name and email address as expeditiously as possible.

Security Policy

All orders placed on the LAROSE.COM Web site are encrypted during transmission back to our server. The encryption process protects your information from being intercepted while in transit. LAROSE.COM is aware of the need for security in handling our customers' information and is vigilant in its protection and secrecy.

LAROSE.COM does not use cookies to fill out your order; therefore each order must be filled out separately. LAROSE.COM does not retain your information on a database, and does not sell or trade your information with any other Company.

Flower Substitution Policy

The floral items displayed on LAROSE.COM are representative of the floral arrangements which are available to be sent throughout North America. Every effort will be made to duplicate the pictorial representation exactly as it appears, however, flowers being a perishable item may sometimes have to be substituted depending on regional and market conditions. The substitution policy of LAROSE.COM is as follows:

1.      There shall be no substitution in the type and size of floral arrangement, i.e. a basket arrangement will receive a basket arrangement of flowers, and a vase arrangement will receive a vase arrangement of flowers. Wire service products will be substituted for a floral arrangement of equal value if the product is not available in the delivery area unless the no substitution box is specified on the order form.

2.      The delivering florist shall adhere to the color scheme of the pictorial representation. If flowers must be substituted, flowers of equal value will be substituted. If the colors pictured are not the freshest flowers available, then the freshest flowers will be used in the floral arrangement. If a particular flower or color is a necessity for the occasion the customer will state that in the Special Instruction field of the order form. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests for particular flowers or colors.

3.      The only reasons for substitutions are to insure that the recipient receives the freshest flowers available on the day of delivery while still adhering to the effect and integrity of the pictorial representation as displayed on LAROSE.COM.

5.      National Wire Service Products are available in most areas, however if the specific container is not available an arrangement of equal value that expresses the sentiments of the occasion will be delivered.

6.      When sending roses, second and third choices should be given, every effort will be made to deliver the color chosen, but the priority of LAROSE.COM is to deliver the freshest roses available in the delivery area.

7.      Sympathy floral tributes will adhere to the pictorial representation as close as possible for the region in which the tribute is delivered. Please be aware that customs do exist in different regions of the countries, for example, in some regions it is customary to hang Funeral Sprays, Hearts and Crosses on the wall of the viewing room, while in other regions it is customary to display these pieces on easels.

 Because flowers and plants are perishable items floral substitutions may be necessary due to regional freshness and availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the professional florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.  Floral Containers may be unavailable in certain regions; in that case a similar container and theme will be used unless you state “No Substitutions” in the special instructions field of your order.   If you state “No Substitutions” in your order and we can not obtain the selected container, your order will not be executed and a refund will be issued to your credit card.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations
LAROSE.COM is unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in route. If you find it necessary to cancel or change any other orders, call 1-888-527-6731

Sales Tax
New Jersey Sales tax is assessed by LAROSE.COM, Inc. as per New Jersey Law.  Sales Tax is paid to the State of New Jersey by LA Rose Florist, Inc. 218 Old Bergen Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305.

Service Charge
LAROSE.COM sends flowers throughout the USA and Canada free from service charges as charged by other flowers by wire services. 

Delivery Policy
Flower Delivery Information: When you send flowers, plants or fruit baskets and you order flowers, plants or fruit baskets by 2:00 PM, these items can usually be delivered on the same day.  Not all regions deliver flowers on Sunday.  LAROSE.COM will try our best to accomplish a Sunday flower, plant or fruit basket delivery, however, if the region you request delivery to does not deliver on Sunday the order will be placed for the Saturday preceding or the Monday following the date you have selected for sending flowers, plants or fruit baskets.Orders for flowers and plants through LAROSE.COM are delivered by a regional professional florist and we make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, or before 12:00EST Noon on Saturdays in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

Sunday Delivery Policy
When requesting a Sunday delivery for your flowers, plants or fruit basket orders, please specify your second delivery day of choice in the "Special Instructions" field of the order form. When you order flowers online you save the service charge.

Shipping Information

Please Read Shipping Information when placing orders for a specific date. Most of the gifts, not flowers, plants or fruit baskets presented on LAROSE.COM are drop shipped directly through, UPS, USPS and FedEx. Please be aware of time in transit. Shipping origin differs by Department. Order Flowers from The Florist Department by 2:00 PM EST to be able to send flowers,  plants or fruit baskets for the same day delivery.

Sunday Delivery Policy
LAROSE.COM will issue a full refund for fresh flower and plant orders not delivered or received.  LAROSE.COM must be notified within 24 hours of any problems with fresh flowers and plants. We will rectify any problems to the best of our ability in a timely manner.

For products that are shipped via shipping services, such as UPS, USPS, FEDEX etc… refunds or exchanges will be issued whichever is the customer’s preference if the product is not received or is damaged. LAROSE.COM will file all claims with shipping services and rely upon their signature guarantees as proof of delivery.  Customers are asked to cooperate with the shipping service in their investigation of merchandise that is not received or damaged.  LAROSE.COM will issue refunds only to the same credit card that was used for the purchase

Payment Options
LAROSE.COM uses the services of Merchants Plus to charge your credit card. The address, zip code and credit card security code must be accurate for your order to process.  LAROSE.COM has no control over whether your credit card is considered valid. The acceptance of the credit card is by the standards established by the credit card clearing house.
